About Whitley
Whitley Dunn, CCIM, is President and Executive Broker at Dunn Property Management, bringing more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate and strategic negotiations. A graduate of the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas, Whitley holds a BSBA in Marketing and the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute. Over the course of his career, he has negotiated and procured leasing contracts for more than 71 million square feet of commercial space annually and has been actively involved in the planning, development, and contracts for more than $200 million in real estate projects. Real Estate licensed in Arkansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma, and licensed with Lindsey & Associates, Inc., Whitley’s background also includes high-level negotiations, purchasing, and strategic planning as a Senior Buyer for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., giving him a unique perspective that blends corporate insight with deep regional market expertise.
