About Suzett

Suzett Sparks, Managing Broker of Lindsey & Associates in Rogers, is a 32-year real estate industry professional. She is a servant leader, known for successfully leading agents through their commercial and residential real estate transactions for over 17 years. Suzett has her Broker’s license in Arkansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma. She served on the Arkansas Real Estate Commission from 2021 through mid- 2024, serving as chair in 2023 and 2024.  She also served in January 2026 by special appointment.  She is on the Arkansas Realtors Association Board of Directors, Northwest Arkansas Board of Realtors, and was President of NABOR in 2017. She was honored with the REALTOR® of the Year award in 2017, named one of the 2020 Women in Business Honorees, and the Bob Walker Leadership Impact Award in 2024. Suzett started the formal Relocation Department for Lindsey & Associates in 2005 and maintains relocation designations, including Certified Relocation Professional and Global Mobility Professional. She also holds several designations through NAR and Certified Residential Specialist through the Residential Real Estate Council.  She is a native of Rogers and has been married to her husband, Rick, for 36 years. She is very proud of her wonderful daughters, sons-in-law,  and grandsons, William and Matthew.
